Climate Resilience Recruitment Campaign
Our people leave their work at the end of the day knowing they’ve made a positive difference. We do this by working on impactful projects and supporting each other in professional development. We allocate time to learn from senior colleagues and leading professionals through dedicated learning & development training programs, an open feedback culture, and by just socialising with your peers at one of our many social events!

We work on sustainable and innovative solutions at the forefront of climate resilience and maritime services. Our projects directly contribute to the protection and adaptation of people and essential infrastructure works in a changing climate. Through our studies and design services, we enhance and balance environmental values, safety, well-being, and the continuation of maritime global trade.

Climate Resilience

Climate change is putting increasing pressure on all of our lives. It impacts our entire planet, the infrastructure we use and communities living all around the world. You can be part of a team that creates solutions to protect them.

We have a team dedicating their time and energy on climate resilience projects in the Netherlands, and another team working globally. More than protection against climate risks alone, all staff is keen to ensure our solutions also enhance the our living environment and biodiversity.

Maritime

Keeping the maritime global trade safe and smooth is vital to the success of economies and businesses worldwide. As one of the top maritime engineering companies in the world, we are famous for port planning and design studies for energy islands, container terminals and shipyards.

Our fastest growing team is focusing on smart & green port consultancy services facilitating the net-zero ambitions of the maritime sector. This team is also significantly contributing to projects transitioning society towards the use of renewable energy, like the development of offshore windfarms and renewable fuel solutions.
