Our extensive track record in the country and previous work for our client in China led us to undertake design and project management for the new facility. We also oversaw construction and safety and provided services enabling the industrial plant to gain LEED Silver certification.
The existing factory building on the site was converted into a production and office unit and new buildings constructed for packaging and warehousing. The project was completed with entrance facilities, wastewater treatment plant, utility buildings, and road and drainage systems. It is now the largest of the company’s factories across the globe.
