Royal HaskoningDHV appoints Rob Zandbergen to its Supervisory Board

On 31 March 2022 Mr Rob Zandbergen was appointed member of the Supervisory Board of Royal HaskoningDHV. He succeeds Mr Tjalling Tiemstra, who stepped down as member of the Supervisory Board on the same date, because of completing the statutory maximum term.
The shareholders of Royal HaskoningDHV have appointed Mr Rob Zandbergen as member of the Supervisory Board with effect from 31 March 2022.
Rob Zandbergen: “It is a privilege to be a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal HaskoningDHV. I have learned a lot about the company recently, which has strengthened my motivation to contribute to the success of Royal HaskoningDHV. Rob Zandbergen is CEO of RGF Staffing and Managing Corporate Executive Officer of Recruit Holdings. He is also member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Dutch Flower Group.
Rob Zandbergen succeeds Tjalling Tiemstra who has been on the board for two terms. Peter Blauwhoff, Chairman of the Supervisory Board: “We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude for Tjalling Tiemstra's valuable contribution to the company and in the Supervisory Board. He has been actively involved in the continued growth and good results of the company. His commitment and business acumen were much appreciated.”
