Stuart leads Royal HaskoningDHV’s global offshore wind ports group is a director of shipyard infrastructure. He combines international project direction and delivery with 28-years of experience working in facility planning and design. He has worked in UK, Middle East, SE Asia, India, Australia, Canada and Brazil.

Patrick is an experienced market strategist, analyst and economist. Prior to joining the company, he was a senior advisor at Van Oord. He has deep knowledge in maritime and energy transition markets and has worked on a variety of international offshore wind studies and consultancy projects.

About Leon Lammers

Leon is a  Project Manager and expert in offshore wind and port development, with 15 years of experience. Leon has also led international seaport masterplan studies and T&I simulation studies. Additionally, he supported two winning developers for Dutch offshore wind farm tenders, showcasing his diverse skill set and commitment to advancing the field of renewable energy and sustainable port infrastructure.

Tim has over 22 years of experience in the technical delivery of port and maritime infrastructure projects ranging from initial feasibility studies through to detailed design. He has a strong focus on the offshore wind sector, working with ports to develop their offshore wind capabilities and supporting developers with port selection and appraisal studies.
