We use this globally recognized and respected framework to inform positive,To support this mission, we need to make sure that every project we undertake contributes positively to our ‘Enhancing Society Together’ key themes. For that, we introduced our Purpose Matrix as a reference to challenge and consider the impact of a project against each theme.
These five themes are the areas where we believe, as consultants, engineers, and project managers we can make the biggest positive difference in delivering a sustainable society.
The key themes are:

- Biodiversity & natural systems: Protect and enhance biodiversity and restore functioning of natural systems
- Resources & circularity: Reduce the demand for water and natural resources and actively support the circular economy
- Social value & equality: Seek and provide community and wider social benefits, promote equality and diversity
- Safety & well-being: Embed safety in design, operation and culture, support people’s physical and mental well-being
Each of these themes directly aligns with specific SDGs, providing a clear outline for our efforts to deliver sustainable benefits for both people and the planet.
