Exceeding expectations
A flawless execution of the project, that is your responsibility. You will direct the project activities, monitor the budgets, the deadlines and of course the quality of the work. And you ensure adequate risk management, so you can adjust the project plan when needed. But your responsibility does not stop at managing the process, there is also a large social aspect. Optimising the motivation and the performance of the team, providing feedback, and improving the individual capabilities are all part of managing a project. And don’t forget communicating the progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Everything you do, you do with one goal: exceeding the client’s expectations.

As a Project Manager you are responsible for your own projects. From head to tail. You will develop a project plan that goes above and beyond the client’s expectations. Key role in expansion of Schiphol airport
Schiphol had expansive growth plans in order to fulfil its ambition of becoming Europe’s preferred airport and is therefore creating a new pier and terminal. We were responsible for project management and construction management for all landside reconstruction work which includes additional parking capacity, a temporary connection to the surface level to increase capacity and expansion of elevated roads for Kiss & Ride and service roads to the new terminal.
Process utilities designed to support new chocolate plant
