There is a huge amount of trust placed in me, which gives a lot of freedom to do my job.
“Royal HaskoningDHV’s ‘product’ are our people. More specifically, the knowledge that our people have. And they have a lot of that! I get energy from matching the challenges our (potential) customers face with the bright solutions our consultants and engineers have to offer. What I very much like at Royal HaskoningDHV is that Marketing is a part of the business line. It allows me to collaborate very closely with the business and helps me to better understand customer challenges and needs to translate them into, for example, value propositions. This is something I am currently working on.
Being this close to the business also helps in translating business objectives into marketing initiatives. And from that developing programs or campaigns; from strategy to tactics to – together with our MarCom managers - execution. Depending on the goals of a campaign it can be to raise awareness, consideration and/or to generate leads. Within our team we develop the plan and create the content. We have a corporate team that supports us with planning, execution and optimization.”
“Perhaps the Young Professional Programme can convince you. This program is a great initiative for employees, trainees and graduates up to the age of 35. It’s a network for the 2000+ young professionals within our company and they organise inspiring events to enlarge your network and stimulate personal development.
Having turned 36 myself recently, obviously there’s still a lot of training opportunities internally and externally to grow my skills on any subject of my work. I feel that I can choose my own path in my career according to my passions.”
Then our Marketing & Communications team is the place to be.
