This privacy policy is issued on behalf of the Koninklijke HaskoningDHV Groep B.V. so when we mention "Royal HaskoningDHV", "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the Koninklijke HaskoningDHV Groep B.V. responsible for processing your data. Royal HaskoningDHV is the controller and responsible for this website and for your personal data that you provided through this website. However, in some cases Royal HaskoningDHV is the data processor, for example for our digital products and/or services.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
