BIM Coordinator

What will you do

• Ensure the project information model is produced in accordance with the project's Standards, Methods, Procedures and Quality Assurance/ Quality Control.
• Define project information requirements in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Develop and gain consensus of the Project Standards, Methods and Procedures (SMP).
• Develop the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system based on the BIM requirement for projects.
• Maintain interactive report using Power Bi.
• Other tasks are assigned by your direct supervisor.

With offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi and nearly 200 employees, HaskoningDHV Vietnam has carried out numerous projects for the private and public sector, comprising the full scope of engineering and consultancy services for Industrial & Building projects, Maritime & Water Management projects.

This role belongs to AG Industry & Buildings and is based in Ho Chi Minh office.

What you bring

An ideal candidate should possess strong critical thinking skills, be result-oriented, take ownership, excel in problem-solving, and have the ability to work independently.

Key areas of requirements:

• Basic BIM knowledge
• Basic knowledge in coding languages such as DAX, Python, C#.
• Basic knowledge in Solibri, Power Bi

Languages:

• Good command in both spoken and written English, Vietnamese

Preferred skills or you’ll be trained:

• BIM for Asset Management, BIM Specification, COBie
• BIM Coordination/ QA & QC Platforms - Solibri, Autodesk BIM Interoperability, or Autodesk Navisworks.
• BIM Cloud Platform – DALUX, Autodesk BIM 360
